Payments & LAN participation

Pay for your cafe playing time

Gamers Guild operates physical gaming cafes in Hyderabad. Customers buy access to cafe PCs, consoles and simulators through playing-hour packages. The package price and duration are shown before purchase.

GGOS is our customer account and cafe management system. When an online payment is offered, Razorpay processes the payment. GGOS verifies successful payment before crediting the purchased time or recording the paid service. Paying does not depend on winning a game.

LAN tournaments are free to enter

There is no separate tournament entry fee. Participants pay the normal cafe charges for the playing hours they use. Registration, available seats, attendance confirmation and the published event rules determine participation. Season finals may also use published leaderboard qualification criteria.

An auction means a points-only team draft

Captains use virtual draft points to select players and form teams. These bids do not involve a Razorpay payment or real-money purchase. Draft points are a team-selection mechanism, separate from customers buying cafe hours.

Results and gaming-hour rewards

Match results and event rules determine standings and any published rewards. Where complimentary cafe hours are offered, they are credited to the player's GGOS account as playing time after the result is confirmed. A gaming-hour credit is separate from a payment collected through Razorpay.
